Day of Dance is an opportunity for BYU-Idaho students and the local community
to come learn different dance styles in hour-long workshops in the Kirkham building.
The workshops this semester will include
Swing, Samba, Romanian, Hip Hop- Clog, Contemporary, and Jazz.
Collegiate Dancers
Collegiate Dancers is a student directed performing group that provides students with leadership, teaching, performing and choreography opportunities. As representatives of BYU-Idaho, this outreach group performs for the community, schools, and local organizations in addition to campus events. These teams consist of approximately 40 dancers that focus on ballroom, contemporary, or world dance styles. Students that have participated in these teams have gained lasting friendships, technical dance skills, and valuable leadership experience.
