The Wellness Center is offering a Pedometer Challenge. This is great motivation to increase your simple daily activity by burning those few extra calories and getting you more active. It also gives you a chance to win a prize and at the end of the semester, a Fitness Pack (tba).

Here is how the challenge will work:

Each person who enters the challenge will receive their own Wellness Center Pedometer. The goal is to get 10,000 steps a day. Getting more is even better. At the end of each week, we will check the point sheet (on Google Documents) and look to see who got the most steps in that week. This person will win a prize. At the end of the challenge (December 4th), the person with the most total points will win a Fitness Pack.

If you are interested in joining, stop by the Wellness Center in Hart room 152 to get your pedometer and to receive more information.
