Travel Study Tours: Main Info
What Are Travel Study Tours?
Travel Study Tours are educational, uplifting tours that will enrich your life. Each tour gives participants the opportunity to visit sites where many significant Church and historical events have occurred.
Who Leads the Tours?
All tours are led by Dee Risenmay, former teacher at Ricks College (currently BYU-Idaho), Rexburg resident and a well-known tour director. The tours are succeful due to Dee's many years of experience in directing tours, his knowledge of both Church and US History, his organizational skills, and his ability to make each tour a worthwhile experience.
When Are Each of the Travel Study Tours?
The following tours are being planned for 2009:
- American Heritage Sampler Tour
(May 12-22)
- Hill Cumorah Pageant Mini Tour
(July 15-21)
- Vermont to Salt Lake City Tour
(July 15-31)
- Nauvoo Pageant Mini Tour
(July 22-28) --option 1 or (July 22-31) option 2.
Both options will be the same price. You may decide to either leave the tour on July 28 and fly home from Omaha or continue the tour until July 31.

Participation Requirements
Participants must be age 12 and older. Any exceptions must be approved by the program director.
Cost Information
Each tour varies in cost, due to the length of the tour and the various sites the tour includes. For tour-specific cost information, please see the corresponding tour page.
Registration Information
Registration may be done online, by mail, or in person. A registration form, as well as cost information may be found on each of the corresponding tour pages.
