Will I be required to wear my scout uniform?

Yes. All Scouts and Leaders have been asked to wear a scout uniform throughout the Pow Wow.

Do Adult Leaders have to pay a registration fee?

No.

What if I can't attend on a particular Saturday?

A scout who cannot attend on a particular Saturday must be sure he is able to pass off all merit badge requirements on the day that he will be able to attend.  This will only be possible if the scout is prepared and if the councelors have the time to check everything. If this isn't possible, a partial will be given.

What if I am unable to complete all the requirements during the Pow Wow?

Each scout will receive a Standard of Performance sheet for each merit badge. This sheet is considered a "partial" record and should be given to the scout's local leader by the scout as proof of completed requirements. The scout may then continue work on the badge with a local counselor.

How many leaders should attend?

In accordance with National Council policy, two adult leaders should attend the Pow Wow with each unit. Adult leaders are strongly encouraged to attend merit badge classes with their scouts.

When will extra Pow Wow patches be available for sale?

All extra Pow Wow patches will be available for purchase the second Saturday of the Pow Wow program.
