When does Merit Badge Pow Wow take place?

Merit Badge Pow Wow will take place on Saturdays, November 8 and 15, 2008.

 

What is required of me as a counselor for Merit Badge Pow Wow?

As a Pow Wow counselor, you will be required to commit to teach a merit badge topic(s) for two saturdays with a fellow volunteer. Counselors, once you sign-up, we will contact you with your assigned merit badge topic, inform you of training times (Thursday, October 30, 2008, at 2 p.m. or 6 p.m. in 105 Austin), have you register with the BSA, and let you know your classroom room assignments.

What is Merit Badge Pow Wow?

This program offers Scouts the opportunity to work on one or two merit badges of their choice. Scouts may choose from 37 different merit badges, including 10 of the 12 badges required for the Eagle Scout Award. Merit Badges being offered are:
