Prospective Missionary Program 


What is the Prospective Missionary Program (PMP)?

PMP is a BYU-Idaho academic program to serve potential missionaries prior to their missions.  The program will consist of a core of mission preparation courses and a choice of other BYU-Idaho courses.

 

When does it take place? 

PMP will take place Fall Semester, September 10 to December 19, 2009, on the BYU-Idaho campus.

 

Participation Requirements

PMP is for admitted male students of BYU-Idaho who have accepted their offer of Winter/Spring track with a January 2010 start date.  It will enable these students to finish a semester of college courses prior to mission service without delaying their missions for school.

 

Cost

The cost of PMP is standard BYU-Idaho 2009/10 Tuition:

For 12 or more credits: $1640

For less than 12 credits: $136 per credit

 

Registration

PMP registration fills on a first-come first-serve basis to eligible students.
